General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
1. Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern sales made on the website www.kuva.com (hereinafter “the Site”), operated by the company Impose & Cie , located at 2 rue de Gibraltar, CH-2300 La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland , e-mail: infokuvateam@gmail.com .
Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest care.
However, slight variations may exist depending on screens or manufacturer updates.
KUVA reserves the right to modify or remove any product from the catalog at any time.
3. Price
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) or in euros (€) , depending on the currency chosen.
They are all taxes included (TTC) , excluding delivery costs.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering, depending on the destination country and the available delivery method .
KUVA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the application of the rate in effect at the time of validation of the order.
4. Order
The customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to their basket and confirms their order after verification.
Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the prices, products and these conditions.
An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been validated.
KUVA reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering via the secure payment methods offered on the Site (bank card, PayPal, or other secure solutions).
Transactions are processed in accordance with current security standards.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared within a maximum of 48 working hours after payment confirmation.
Average delivery times are estimated between 10 and 15 working days , depending on the destination.
These times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier or local logistical conditions.
In the event of a significant delay, KUVA undertakes to inform the customer.
7. Right of return and refund
The customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their complete packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a preparation error or defective product.
After verification of the return, the refund will be made to the initial payment method.

8. Liability
KUVA cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
KUVA cannot be held liable for any delay, loss or damage caused by force majeure (strike, natural disaster, transport blockage, etc.).

Any reproduction, use or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
